What you'll do

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
• Manage customer acquisition and retention activities
• Promote laundry services across social media and other marketing channels
• Build relationships with individuals, estates, hotels, offices, and other potential clients
• Follow up on leads and convert them into paying customers
• Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for business growth
• Track marketing activities and prepare regular reports
• Work closely with the laundry team to ensure excellent customer experience
