Fhemfel Homes is recruiting a Sales Executive to drive premium real estate sales in Abuja.

What it offers

• Salary: N150,000 monthly
• Commission: 5% on build-to-sell and landed properties

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Minimum of 3 years’ proven sales experience in the real estate industry
• Demonstrated success in selling premium properties or high-value real estate projects
• Strong network of high-net-worth clients and corporate investors
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of the Abuja (and broader Nigerian) property market
• Professional certifications in real estate sales will be an added advantage

What you'll do

• Drive sales of Fhemfel Homes’ premium real estate products, particularly build-to-sell projects
• Identify, engage, and convert qualified leads into successful property sales
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, investors, and partners
• Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and negotiations to close deals effectively
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management
• Provide market insights and contribute to sales strategies for premium products
• Represent Fhemfel Homes at property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings
• Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews
