Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4 – 5 years’ relevant accounting experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage
• Proficiency in QuickBooks for accounting operations, reconciliations, reporting, and record management
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Nigerian tax regulations

What you'll do

• Prepare, maintain, and reconcile financial records, ledgers, and accounts
• Manage daily accounting entries (receipts, payments, invoices, journals)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expenditure
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and client reconciliations
• Ensure timely remittance of statutory deductions and compliance with tax regulations (PAYE, VAT, WHT)
• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Assist with payroll processing in collaboration with the HR Department
• Support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities
• Ensure adherence to company financial policies and internal controls
