Sasol Technician Development Programme (TDP) 2026

Sasol Technician Development Programme (TDP) 2026 is a structured work-based learning initiative designed to develop technical skills in South Africa.

What it offers

• A comprehensive bursary covering full-time undergraduate studies in selected engineering, science, and technology fields.
• Developmental support throughout the study period.
• Upon successful completion, participants may be employed within the Sasol Group through Graduate Development Programmes.
• Includes a work-back and/or pay-back obligation.

Who can apply

• Open to South African citizens (by birth only).
• Applicants must be pursuing or planning to pursue full-time undergraduate studies in specified fields at a recognized South African University or University of Technology.
• Priority is given to candidates from Sasol fence-line communities, children of Sasol Khanyisa/Inzalo shareholders, or children of Sasol employees.
• Must not be older than 25 years at the time of application.
• Must have completed matric within the past year or be currently completing matric if applying for first-year studies.
• For university students in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year, a minimum 60% average across all modules is required.
