• Required certifications: TSC Certificate or an internationally recognized teaching qualification or BEd / MEd.
• Experience: At least 3 years teaching as a PYP teacher.

What you'll do

• Plan curriculum documents collaboratively to reflect the standards and practices of the Academy and the PYP.
• Engage in inquiry-based teaching and learning methods, differentiating activities to meet student needs.
• Authentically assess, record, and track student progress, communicating progress sensitively and effectively with parents and guardians.
• Communicate programme information to all stakeholders.
• Resource programme needs and maintain existing inventory.
• Participate in the life of the Junior School and the Academy, including normal school hours and extracurricular activities.
• Monitor student behavior to ensure adherence to core values and discipline policies.
• Actively participate in the Appraisal for Growth process as part of the Academy's professional learning community.
