Telesales Representative Inbound (Hybrid)

M-KOPA Nigeria is hiring a Telesales Representative – Inbound to join its Customer Retention team in Lagos on a hybrid schedule.

Who can apply

• Strong communication skills and natural empathy.
• Comfort with CRM systems and digital tools, or the demonstrated ability to pick them up fast.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound customer upgrade and device requests end-to-end.
• Verify customer information, understand their needs, and connect them to the right products and plans.
• Identify and convert upsell opportunities naturally within every customer interaction.
• Provide device and app support, troubleshooting issues and empowering customers.
