What you'll do
- Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding and documentation
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, validate changes and resolve payroll queries
- Partner with managers on performance, attendance, employee relations and development
- Prepare People reports and dashboards using HR metrics and systems
- Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys and People & Culture programmes
- Maintain HRIS records, ensure compliance and improve People processes
