SAP Functional Support Analyst - Production Planning

Dangote Industries Limited is seeking an SAP Functional Support Analyst specialising in Production Planning to maintain and enhance SAP operations and support implementation projects.

Who can apply

• Education: HND or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering
• Experience: 3 years as a SAP PP Support Analyst
• Key requirements:
  • End-to-end SAP PP implementation experience
  • Hands-on experience in Product Costing, MRP, and Produce to Order cycle
  • Business application system development methodology experience
  • Business process re-engineering experience
  • Strong leadership and customer interfacing skills
  • Strong written/verbal communication and analytical skills
  • Experience presenting to senior/executive management
• Added advantages: S4 HANA experience, user exits knowledge, basic ABAP debugging skills

What you'll do

• Manage multiple SAP projects and tasks simultaneously
• Gather business requirements and convert them into development specifications
• Perform functional testing and create system documentation
• Conduct end-user training with the SAP Core team
• Define innovative functional solutions for business processes
• Manage end-to-end integration needs with other modules/applications
• Collect and analyse customer requirements for business processes and parameters
• Assist in master/transaction mapping and reporting requirements
• Design, develop, and manage Roles and Authorizations
