FP&A Business Partner

FP&A Business Partner in Uganda supporting commercial and operational decisions through budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

What it offers

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and performance review.
• Act as a finance business partner to support commercial, operational, and strategic decisions.
• Design KPI-based performance management, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Provide actionable insights for different management levels, identifying risks, opportunities, cost savings, and improvement actions.
• Support finance process standardization, internal controls, and digital transformation projects, including Power BI.

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5–7 years of experience in FP&A and business partnering.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance improvements.
• Ability to translate financial and operational data into business insights.
• Proven ability to partner with commercial, operational, and management teams in a diverse business and cross-cultural environment.
• Experience with ERP (Tally is a plus) and Power BI.
