  • Chef d’Agence (Branch Manager)
  • Chargé(e) de la Clientèle (Client Relations Manager)
  • Chef de Guichet (Head Teller)

Who can apply

• Chef d’Agence: BAC + 3 in Gestion, comptabilité, finances, Marketing or related fields; at least 2 years in a similar role or 5 years as a portfolio manager in an EMF.
• Chargé(e) de la Clientèle: BAC + 3 minimum in Économie, Finance, Gestion, Comptabilité, Marketing or equivalent; 1 year minimum in a similar role, ideally in microfinance or sales.
• Chef de Guichet: BAC +2 minimum in banque/finance/gestion/comptabilité or equivalent; at least 1 year of professional experience.

What you'll do

• Chef d’Agence: Lead teams and sales; ensure financial and commercial performance; safeguard operations and assets; uphold ethics; supervise banking operations; conduct monitoring and reporting.
• Chargé(e) de la Clientèle: Grow client portfolios; prospect on the ground; coach sales teams; develop products and credits; retain high-potential clients; ensure dossier quality and risk control.
• Chef de Guichet: Process domestic and international transactions; manage cash and valuables; guide clients on banking operations; verify daily journals; control operations, funds, and staff safety.
