Bookkeeper - SecureDrive

SecureDrive in Midrand is looking for a hands-on Bookkeeper to keep the branch’s finances compliant and accurate while supporting the broader Group’s financial health.

Who can apply

• Suitable Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
• 3 years of analytical experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Reliable car and valid driver’s licence.
• SAP / Listener experience is advantageous.

What you'll do

• Complete general ledger reconciliations.
• Post monthly/weekly journals.
• Reconcile and review stock accounts from valuation to the general ledger.
• Ensure all clearing accounts balance and are cleared.
• Check subsidiary ledger batches and admin documents before posting.
• Resolve supplier and region queries within agreed SLAs.
• Provide telephonic and written feedback to suppliers and region.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects.
• Produce monthly Profit & Loss reports and analyse variances.
• Analyse general ledger accounts.
