What you'll do

• Review and approve supplier invoice processing, ensuring correct matching, allocation, and compliance with authorisation matrices
• Maintain full double-entry bookkeeping records up to trial balance for assigned entities
• Capture and process cashbook, bank, petty cash, and journal entries across assigned entities
• Maintain accurate supplier, customer, and general ledger records and supporting documentation
• Ensure Creditor Clerk submits reconciliations by the 5th working day of each month
• Review GRN variance, WIP variance, specialised high-volume supplier reconciliations, and creditor account reconciliations
