Fraud Investigation Officer (Remote)

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Fraud Investigation Officer to protect its digital payments platform and customers from fraudulent activities.

What it offers

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 2–4 years’ experience in fraud investigations, banking, fintech, or a related risk function
• Knowledge of digital payment fraud, transaction analysis, and fraud investigation techniques is an advantage

What you'll do

• Investigate fraud cases and determine outcomes based on available evidence
• Analyze transaction patterns to identify fraud trends and emerging risks
• Document investigation findings and maintain accurate case records
• Support fund recovery efforts by engaging internal and external stakeholders
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases in a timely manner
• Recommend process and control improvements based on investigation findings
• Ensure investigations are completed within agreed service levels (SLAs)
