Who can apply

• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in Control and Compliance/Risk
• Strong data collection and fraud detection/investigation skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Problem-solving abilities and excellent written/verbal communication
• Experience in MFI or banks
• Fluency in English and Yoruba

What you'll do

• Develop methodologies to improve collections and payment processes
• Suggest enhancements to policies to mitigate operational risks
• Prepare reports and presentations with findings and recommendations
• Implement audit recommendations and conduct periodic spot checks
• Investigate fraud cases, including data collection and claimant interviews
• Identify and classify potential default risks through data and client interactions
• Prepare field reports, collate documentation, and report red flags
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Credit Manager
