Zonal Credit Manager

Who can apply

• You have minimum 2 years’ experience in Control and Compliance/Risk
• You have strong data collection skills
• You are excellent at fraud detection & investigation
• You are proficient in MS Excel (Advanced level)
• You have problem-solving abilities
• You have good communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
• You have previous work experience in MFI or banks
• You are multilingual (English & Yoruba)

What you'll do

• Assist in developing methodologies to improve collections and payment processes
• Suggest enhancements to processes and policies to avoid operational risks
• Prepare reports and presentations outlining findings and recommendations
• Assist in implementing audit recommendations
• Conduct periodic spot checks and provide risk findings and recommendations
• Investigate fraud cases, including data collection and claimant interviews
• Identify and classify potential default risk through data collection and client interaction
• Prepare field reports, collate data, and document findings
• Identify and report red flags promptly
• Perform other tasks as allocated by the Credit Manager
