Roundsquare Integrated Services Limited is recruiting an onsite Human Resources Manager to lead HR and administration for a travel agency in Lagos.

What it offers

• Full-time, onsite role
• Monthly gross salary of ₦600,000

Who can apply

• First degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Management or a related field
• Minimum 5–7 years’ relevant HR experience
• At least 2–3 years supervising HR/Admin support staff
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, staff documentation, attendance management, employee relations, performance management and disciplinary documentation
• Knowledge of HR policies, workplace conduct, confidentiality and labour relations
• Experience in service business, travel agency, hospitality, aviation, customer service, logistics, consulting or SME environment is an advantage
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, HR trackers and HR reporting
• Professional certification or membership of CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or any recognised HR body is an added advantage
• High integrity, confidentiality, fairness, firmness and professionalism

What you'll do

• Lead recruitment coordination and onboarding
• Manage staff documentation, attendance and punctuality tracking
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary documentation
• Oversee performance management and personnel file management
• Produce HR reporting and support workplace accountability
• Implement HR SOPs, checklists, trackers and workflow controls
• Enforce HR standards and support role clarity across departments
