What you'll do

• Record and post financial transactions; maintain general and subsidiary ledgers; process vouchers and supporting documents
• Support project accounting by tracking expenditure against budgets, processing contractor/supplier invoices, and preparing project cost reports
• Handle property accounting including rent billing, tenant ledgers, service charge processing, and reconciliation of tenant/landlord accounts
• Manage accounts payable: verify invoices, maintain AP registers, prepare payment schedules, and reconcile supplier statements
• Manage accounts receivable: issue invoices, allocate receipts, maintain ageing schedules, and follow up on overdue accounts
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly bank, petty cash, and subsidiary account reconciliations
• Assist with statutory tax schedules, audit documentation, and monthly management accounts
• Enforce internal controls, segregation of duties, and confidentiality of financial information
