Who can apply

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years post-NYSC experience in product management, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of product management, digital banking, UX, market research, and financial products
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Master's degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage

What you'll do

• Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Lead end-to-end product development and launches across cross-functional teams
• Identify market opportunities through customer insights, research, and competitive analysis
• Monitor product adoption, revenue, customer satisfaction, and profitability
• Use data and analytics to drive product improvements and customer engagement
• Partner with Compliance, IT, and Operations to manage regulatory, operational, and technology risks
• Develop product business cases, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for management
