Who can apply

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a Scrum master role
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred
• Prior experience in payment systems or banking
• Previous experience in backend development as a software engineer is an advantage
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills
• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms

What you'll do

• Manage project scope and timelines
• Facilitate all Scrum events (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives)
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering Managers to prioritize and refine the product backlog
• Remove impediments and roadblocks for Scrum team progress
• Monitor team metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify bottlenecks
• Document deployment and release versions for bug fixes, enhancements, and new features
• Act as a mediator between product-engineering and support-engineering teams for Direct to Bank Solutions
• Manage and oversee team operations on Jira
• Distribute sprint and weekly reports to stakeholders
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Assist teams in implementing changes effectively
• Promote transparency, trust, and open communication within and across teams
• Stay informed of industry trends in Agile and Scrum methodologies
