The Emerging Leaders Foundation (ELF) Africa’s iLEAD Fellowship Cohort 13 is a year-long leadership development program for young people who want to drive change in governance, the economy, and public life.

What it offers

• A structured fellowship experience designed to build leadership capacity and foster inclusive, equitable societies.

Who can apply

• Applicants must hold a KCSE certificate.
• A valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle category is required.
• Candidates must have a clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
• A valid certificate of good conduct is mandatory.
• A suitability test for driver’s grade III must be obtained.
• Applicants should have good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Ability to use maps, GPS systems, and delivery schedules is necessary.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• A basic first aid certificate is needed.
• Applicants must be physically fit and able to lift and move items when necessary.
