The iLEAD Fellowship Cohort 13 is now open for applications, offering young individuals a chance to engage in transformative leadership development.

What it offers

• Participation in a structured fellowship programme designed to build leadership capacity.

Who can apply

• Candidates must hold a KCSE certificate.
• A valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle category is required.
• Applicants must have a clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
• A valid certificate of good conduct is mandatory.
• A suitability test for driver’s grade III must be completed.
• Candidates should have good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Ability to read maps, GPS systems, and delivery schedules is necessary.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is required.
• Good communication and customer service skills are essential.
• A basic first aid certificate is needed.
• Applicants must be physically fit and able to lift and move items when necessary.
