Ease Travel Services is hiring for three roles in August 2026: a Tourism & Travel Intern, a Community Manager/Content Creator, and a Marketing Manager.

What it offers

• Stagiaire professionnel(le) en Tourisme & Voyage: salary between 100 000 and 120 000 FCFA/month.
• Community Manager / Créateur(ice) de Contenus: salary between 100 000 and 200 000 FCFA/month.
• Responsable Marketing: salary between 200 000 and 300 000 FCFA/month.

Who can apply

• Stagiaire professionnel(le) en Tourisme & Voyage:

  • Training in tourism, hospitality, travel, business or similar field.
  • Good knowledge of travel and tourism.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Good oral and written communication.
  • Dynamism, responsiveness and teamwork ability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with office tools and digital tools.

• Community Manager / Créateur(ice) de Contenus:

  • Excellent mastery of video content creation.
  • Good knowledge of creation tools (CapCut, Canva or similar).
  • Good understanding of social networks, especially TikTok and Instagram.
  • Creativity and visual storytelling sense.
  • Ability to create engaging and converting content.
  • Constant trend monitoring.

• Responsable Marketing:

  • Mastery of digital marketing and good knowledge of traditional marketing.
  • Expertise with digital tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO.
  • Knowledge of traditional levers: events, PLV, sponsorship, partnerships, field actions.
  • Ability to define and execute a results-oriented global marketing strategy.
  • Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and results analysis.
  • Leadership, team management and vendor management aptitude.
  • Rigor, autonomy and strong results orientation.
