MORE HEALTH for Africa Program 2027

The MORE HEALTH for Africa Program (MHfA) is now accepting applications for its third cohort, supporting African social enterprises that are scaling healthcare innovations to underserved communities.

What it offers

• Catalytic Funding: Grants of up to 80,000 Euros.
• Tailored support to strengthen business models and connect with relevant partners.
• Investor linkages to potential funders.
• Capacity building through masterclasses, diagnostic panels, and research support.
• Global exposure via a showcase at the annual Making More Health Together (MMHT) convention in Germany and one event on the African continent.
• Peer learning opportunities with founders from current and previous cohorts.

Who can apply

• Post-revenue social enterprises operating in Africa.
• Annual revenues of $300k or more.
• Demonstrated impact with a reach of 100,000 people.
• A dedicated team and a clear growth strategy to raise USD 1M+ in the next year.

What you'll do

The program runs for 12 months in two phases:

• Business Foundations (6 months): Refine business models, build teams, and establish governance systems through coaching, masterclasses, and tailored grants.
• Business Growth (6 months): Focus on market access, investment readiness, fundraising, and scaling solutions via mentorship, investor connections, research vouchers, and global networking.
