Who can apply

• Minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree in numerically related courses
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in finance or related fields

What you'll do

• Manage KYC processes, documentation and onboarding for new clients
• Resolve issues related to new user accounts, profiles, and login details
• Act as an intermediary between Finance and Internal Control Departments to confirm deposits and execute buy/sell mandates
• Liaise with the compliance department to resolve clients' complaints
• Maintain accurate records of all customer communications
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide information on investment products, asset management services, and market updates; address inquiries, and resolve complaints
• Offer solutions to customer issues, including technical troubleshooting and billing inquiries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to resolve technical problems in person or remotely
• Ensure strict compliance with CBN, SEC, and AML/CFT regulations in all client interactions
