Fort Knox Group is recruiting a Client Relationship Officer to manage client accounts and support business development from its Lagos office.

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, sales, or business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and relationship management abilities
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Must be willing to travel within Oyo and Ogun States
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools

What you'll do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand clients’ needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly
• Identify opportunities for client retention, upselling, and business development
• Conduct regular client visits and maintain consistent communication
• Prepare reports on client activities, feedback, and relationship status
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Support the achievement of customer retention and revenue targets
