What you'll do

• Prepare and submit daily sales, cash, POS, and expense reports to Head Office.
• Reconcile daily cash sales, POS transactions, transfers, and bank deposits.
• Supervise cashiers and ensure adherence to cash handling procedures.
• Investigate and report cash shortages, overages, and POS discrepancies.
• Monitor cost of goods sold (COGS) and report variances.
• Verify and process branch expenses with proper approvals.
• Liaise with vendors on invoices, deliveries, and payment reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
• Flag suspected fraud, theft, or financial irregularities.
• Provide financial guidance to the Branch Manager.
• Train staff on financial procedures and controls.
