What you'll do

Cashier

• Operate cash desk, till, and back-office systems in compliance with Buymore’s procedures
• Process sales transactions, returns (approved by Supervisor), and capture customer details for loyalty schemes
• Check stock availability for customer requests
• Greet and assist customers, respond to questions, or escalate to Supervisor
• Maintain tidy work areas, champion Buymore’s brand and values, and reconcile previous day’s transactions
• Cash out according to Buymore’s policy and perform other duties as assigned

Shop Floor Attendant

• Greet customers and determine their needs
• Provide service and facilitate sales in compliance with company policies
• Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, payment, and exchange policies
• Organize shop floor, display merchandise, and ensure shelves are stocked and tagged with current prices
• Clean shelves, merchandise, and tables daily
• Monitor for security risks and theft
• Ensure compliance with operating standards and protect company assets
• Replenish stock, notify procurement and inventory departments about demand and expiring products
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
