- Supervise Maintenance Technicians and coordinate Pool Technician and external specialist contractors
- Maintain rapid response and closure standards for guest-room and operational maintenance defects
- Monitor utility consumption (electricity and water) and implement cost-saving and efficiency initiatives
- Prepare the engineering budget, maintenance plans, spare-parts requirements and capital-replacement recommendations
