Best Service Raya is hiring experienced mobile phone engineers to provide repair and technical support in Ibadan and Lagos.

Who can apply

• Qualification: BA/BSc/HND or OND.
• Experience: 2–5 years in smartphone repair and troubleshooting.
• Skills: Knowledge of Android and iOS devices; ability to use repair tools and diagnostic equipment; good communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and meet SLA targets.
• Advantage: Technical certification.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on mobile devices.
• Repair and replace components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and motherboards.
• Perform software updates, flashing, and device testing after repair.
• Ensure repairs meet company quality standards and turnaround time.
• Maintain accurate repair records and service reports.
• Provide technical explanations and after-sales service to customers.
• Follow ESD, safety, and manufacturer repair guidelines.
• Coordinate with spare parts and customer service teams.
