Information Security Analyst

Mindera is hiring a mid-level Information Security Analyst to monitor infrastructure, manage vulnerabilities, respond to incidents, and advise teams across European time zones.⁠‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​‌​​‌​​‌​‌‌⁠

Who can apply

• Candidates with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in two or more relevant areas (security monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response, security enablement)

What you'll do

• Security monitoring and alerting: Develop and maintain detection rules for XDR platform; investigate security events
• Vulnerability management: Run and analyse vulnerability scans; identify weaknesses; report results and coordinate remediation
• Security enablement: Advise Minders, contribute to security guidelines and best practices; integrate threat modeling into software development lifecycle
• Incident response: Assist in containment and recovery; prepare reports and apply frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK
• Systems integration: Develop scripts and tools to automate tasks; apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to build and manage security tool integrations
