Senior Compliance Investigator

Centene is seeking a Senior Compliance Investigator to lead and oversee compliance and ethics investigations across all business units and health plans in Morocco.

What it offers

• Lead and conduct compliance and ethics investigations, including assessment of allegations, document review, witness interviews, root cause analysis, and preparation of investigation reports with recommended actions.
• Independently evaluate allegations against federal and state regulations, the Centene Code of Conduct, and internal policies.
• Prepare weekly case summaries and adhere to established minimum case review quotas to ensure timely case progression and resolution.
• Facilitate meetings with business management and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience in compliance investigations, preferably within a healthcare or corporate environment.

What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and monitor an enterprise-wide Compliance Investigations Program.
• Lead compliance and ethics investigations across all business units, health plans, and corporate functions.
• Prepare, review, and analyze internal and external reporting.
• Support day-to-day operations of the Compliance Investigations Unit (CIU).
