• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong new business development and lead generation skills
• Solid understanding of business and commercial principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in account management and building long-term client relationships
• Prior experience in packaging, FMCG, manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage
• Comfort working in a target-driven environment and using CRM or sales tracking tools
• Demonstrated interest in sustainability and environmentally responsible products is highly beneficial

What you'll do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and qualifying potential clients in the food, beverage, and related sectors
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle
• Prepare proposals and deliver presentations
• Negotiate agreements aligned with TPPC’s sustainable packaging solutions
• Maintain and grow key accounts and build long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research, track industry trends, and provide feedback to support product development and strategic planning
