Senior Designer

BURN Manufacturing is seeking a Senior Designer to join its in-house creative team in Nairobi, Kenya. This role is ideal for a mid-level designer with strong conceptual and craft-led thinking, looking to advance toward art direction while contributing to brand storytelling across multiple channels.

What it offers

Who can apply

• Approximately five years of professional design experience

• Experience working in an in-house creative team within a corporate, financial services, consulting, professional services, or enterprise brand environment

• Develop high-quality visual design across a broad range of deliverables
• Manage projects from creative brief through to final delivery with attention to detail
• Translate creative briefs into well-considered visual concepts

• Present design work clearly and with confidence, articulating the thinking behind visual decisions
