Senior Graphics Designer

Moniepoint is seeking a Senior Graphics Designer to lead high-visibility design projects and mentor peers within a fast-growing African fintech company.

Who can apply

• 4-6+ years of experience in brand or graphic design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range across editorial design, brand systems, and promotional design
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships while maintaining accountability and collaboration
• Ability to operate with high autonomy within a clear framework

What you'll do

• Execute complex, high-visibility design work across case studies, reports, brand identity, and promotional campaigns
• Scope, design, and deliver projects independently to brief
• Serve as the design lead for an assigned Creative Duo, owning stakeholder creative needs end-to-end
• Provide and receive craft feedback within the design pod and content studio
• Proactively flag capacity constraints to the Design Lead
