Poa! Internet is hiring a Field Sales Representative to drive internet adoption in Nairobi’s low-income neighborhoods, covering areas like Kayole, Embakasi, and Umoja.

Who can apply

• Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets, preferably in B2C sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Self-motivation, resilience, and a go-getter mindset
• Experience selling home internet services or working with low-income communities is an advantage

What you'll do

• Identify and engage potential customers in Nairobi East (Kangundo Road, Jogoo Road, Donholm, Kayole, Tassia Embakasi, Umoja, Kariobangi)
• Conduct daily sales visits and build a sales funnel
• Represent the brand professionally while educating customers on Poa!’s affordable internet services
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain full work attendance, 100% system usage compliance, and submit daily sales activity reports
