Poa! Internet is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive internet adoption in Nairobi’s low-income neighborhoods, covering areas such as Kibera, Kawangware, and Waithaka.

Who can apply

• Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) sales is preferred
• Experience selling home internet services or working with low-income and informal communities is an advantage

What you'll do

• Identify and engage potential customers in Nairobi West (Congo, Waithaka, Kawangware, Kibera, Kikuyu Road, Kinoo)
• Conduct daily sales visits and build a sales funnel
• Represent the brand professionally while educating customers on Poa!’s affordable internet services
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain full work attendance, 100% system usage compliance, and submit daily sales activity reports
