Who can apply

• 1–2 years of experience in risk, finance, customer service or data entry
• Strong interest in fraud prevention
• Basic data skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Good communication in Yoruba and Hausa

What you'll do

• Investigate high-default loan accounts to verify customer-provided information
• Audit recently approved applications for red flags or missed warnings
• Review cases within 72 hours of loan disbursement to confirm device ownership, customer fit and early repayment risk
• Flag fraud tactics such as falsified images, inflated incomes or collusion with sales agents
• Keep clear notes on investigations and report findings to the field collection team
• Conduct daily loss and stolen case reviews with relevant reports
