Who can apply

• Age 21–28 years
• Residence requirement: Must live in Akoka, Bariga, Gbagada, Somolu, Yaba, or its environs
• Education: Minimum HND in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Experience: At least 2 years in sales, marketing, or customer service
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok), and strong communication

What you'll do

• Record daily and weekly sales (retail and wholesale)
• Track and update customer databases daily
• Maintain accurate records of revenue and expenses
• Serve as the primary customer contact via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, email, and live chat
• Provide product information, recommend suitable products, and resolve complaints
• Create engaging social media content to showcase products
• Process online and in-store customer orders
• Assist with daily operations and team collaboration
