What you'll do

• Oversee receipt, storage, packing, and dispatch/shipping of recipient phones and other GiveDirectly assets and supplies.
• Conduct verification exercises as per standard operating procedures.
• Organise warehouse layout and storage systems, prioritising secure and efficient storage and retrieval of phones.
• Enforce warehouse safety, security, and access-control protocols, especially for phone storage areas.
• Ensure proper handling and storage conditions for phones and other sensitive equipment.
• Track phone inventory and keep the Operations & Procurement Manager informed on stock levels, asset condition, and logistics risks.
