Operations Lead (Senior Manager)

GiveDirectly Mozambique is expanding its cash-transfer programs and needs a hands-on leader to build and run its operations function at scale.

What it offers

• Lead the GD Mozambique Operations team, covering procurement, logistics, administration, and HR.
• Provide line management to the growing operations staff.
• Report to the Country Director at Senior Manager level.
• Regular travel within Mozambique to field offices and program sites.
• 1–2 international trips per year for team retreats.

What you'll do

• Build and lead the Mozambique operations team.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, administration, and HR end-to-end.
• Work closely with the Country Director and collaborate with Programs, Finance, Internal Audit, and Safeguarding teams.
