Who can apply

• Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably within the automotive industry or car dealership sector
• Knowledge: Sound understanding of the Kenyan automotive market and car import trends
• Skills: Excellent communication, sales, persuasion, negotiation, and customer service abilities; self-motivated and target-driven

What you'll do

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for imported pre-owned vehicles
• Market and sell quality used cars imported from Australia and Thailand to individual and corporate clients
• Handle customer inquiries, provide vehicle specifications, and conduct presentations and test drives
• Post short videos and host live streams on social media for potential clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Prepare quotations, negotiate sales terms, and close deals
• Follow up on sales leads and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate vehicle registration, documentation, and final delivery processes
• Monitor local automotive market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences
