Business Development & Partnerships Liaison (Kigali) at Kenya Red Cross Society in Kigali, Rwanda

BIHC is seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Liaison to build B2B training partnerships, recruit students from Rwandan high schools, and secure internship placements for its hospitality programmes.

What it offers

• A role focused on generating B2B training/consulting opportunities with hotels and hospitality businesses in Rwanda
• Responsibility for establishing a student pipeline through high schools and supporting student placements via internships/attachments in Rwanda

Who can apply

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Education, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, employer relations, sales/account management, or institutional outreach
• Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred
• Preferred: experience selling B2B training/consulting services, working with high schools, or coordinating internships/attachments

What you'll do

• Build and manage partnerships with hotels and hospitality businesses for staff training, upskilling, and consulting services
• Engage high schools and related institutions to recruit students and maintain a conversion pipeline
• Source and secure internship/industrial attachment opportunities for students in Rwanda
• Maintain a partnerships and placements database and provide weekly activity updates and monthly KPI reports
• Share market intelligence from Rwanda and surrounding areas regarding competitor activity, demand trends, and strategic opportunities
