Business Development & Partnerships Liaison (Kigali) is a full-time role based in Kigali, Rwanda, responsible for building partnerships with hotels and high schools, securing internships, and coordinating reporting for Boma International Hospitality College.

Who can apply

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Education, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, employer relations, sales/account management, or institutional outreach
• Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience selling B2B training/consulting services to organizations preferred
• Experience working with high schools or coordinating internships/attachments preferred

What you'll do

• Identify and convert hotels and hospitality businesses into B2B training/consulting clients
• Build and manage relationships with high schools to generate student leads
• Source and secure internship/attachment opportunities in Rwanda
• Maintain CRM/spreadsheets, provide weekly updates, and produce monthly KPI reports
• Share market intelligence on competitor activity, demand trends, and strategic opportunities
