UNDP is seeking an Individual Consultant to serve as HealthTech Hub Manager in Kigali, Rwanda, providing strategic and operational leadership for the timbuktoo HealthTech Hub.

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the timbuktoo HealthTech Hub
• Lead strategic planning and positioning
• Develop the HealthTech ecosystem and partnerships
• Oversee development services, governance, operations, and financial management
• Manage startup pipeline performance, sustainability, and impact measurement
