The UNDP is seeking an Individual Consultant/Programme Manager to lead the Timbuktoo HealthTech Hub in Kigali, Rwanda, overseeing a 12-month programme portfolio focused on HealthTech innovation, startup support, and ecosystem development.

What it offers

• 240 working days over 12 months (01 September 2026 – 31 August 2027)
• Responsibility for programme design, coordination, and implementation, including curriculum development, startup recruitment, incubation, mentorship, and ecosystem engagement

What you'll do

• Design, coordinate, and implement the Hub’s programme portfolio
• Develop and localise HealthTech curriculum
• Recruit and manage startup cohorts
• Provide incubation, pre-acceleration, mentorship, and expert coordination
• Manage startup portfolios and investment-readiness activities
• Engage with the ecosystem and oversee monitoring, impact measurement, and knowledge management
