Vacancy: Executive Director

NIPA is accepting applications for the Executive Director position. The role requires completing the standard NIPA SIS application process, including document uploads and fee payment.

What you'll do

• Complete the NIPA SIS application process for the Executive Director vacancy.

How to apply

• Scan and attach certified copies of your certificate or statement of results.
• If applicable, scan and attach certified copies of additional academic qualifications (e.g., certificate, diploma, degree).
• Scan and attach a copy of your National Registration Card (NRC). If unavailable, provide a passport or a valid driver’s license.
• Upload documents in three parts:
  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • NRC or Passport
  • Academic / Professional Qualifications
• Combine multiple pages or documents for any part into a single file before uploading.
• Ensure all documents are certified, in PDF or image format, and do not exceed 4MB per file.
• Fill in all required fields accurately and completely.
• Enter phone numbers in 10 digit format without spaces or special characters (e.g., 0971234567).
• Use a valid and frequently checked email address for correspondence.
• Pay a non-refundable application fee of ZMW 191.
• You will receive a username and password during the application process to check your application status.
• If you forget your password, request a reset by emailing admissions@nipa.ac.zm.
