Human Resources Manager

Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee recruitment, performance management, and HR policy implementation in Sunti, Niger State.

• Qualification: B.Sc. in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline
• Certification: CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI certification
• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity

What you'll do

• Recruit, manage, and retain competent Human Capital
• Manage recruitment and selection processes to source and retain the highest qualified candidates
• Work with HODs to implement HR strategy for business performance
• Manage training and development intervention programmes to close competency gaps
• Implement and supervise the performance appraisal system
• Drive effective communication for change initiatives
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures and carry out periodic reviews
• Manage industrial and employee relations issues
