What you'll do

• Find and recruit educators, tutors, authors, coaches, and other digital creators to join Hekima
• Help new creators set up their online stores and upload their products
• Build strong relationships with creators and support them as they make their first sales
• Create or coordinate simple videos for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube that show how Hekima works and highlight creator success stories
• Recruit, train, and support Hekima ambassadors who can introduce more creators to the platform
• Improve the creator journey from signing up to making a first sale by identifying where creators experience challenges and working with the team to improve the experience
• Test different ways of reaching new creators through social media, partnerships, referrals, events, and paid advertising
• Keep track of important numbers such as new sign-ups, active creators, sales, and platform revenue, and share regular progress updates with the team
