Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification or professional sales/marketing certification is an added advantage
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, distribution, or growth
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing field sales, agent, or distribution networks

What you'll do

• Lead recruitment of Community Trust Agents and Retail Footfall Agents
• Manage and grow the Brand Ambassador team, including site assignment, target-setting, coaching, and performance management
• Build repeatable playbooks for opening new markets, boda stages, and geographies
• Own subscriber and revenue numbers: active subscribers, new sign-ups, and net revenue
• Monitor activation quality, including 7-day payment conversion, customer complaints, and product communication quality
• Own the agent experience end-to-end, including training materials, sign-up agreements, support channels, and claims-handling standards
• Work closely with product, underwriting, and claims teams to feed field learnings back into product design, pricing, and process
