Mikano is recruiting a Senior Sales Representative in Lagos, Nigeria to drive automotive sales and business development.

What it offers

Who can apply

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of five years of professional sales experience, including at least three years in automotive or motor vehicle sales.
• Required sales background: Direct experience selling passenger cars, commercial vehicles, trucks, buses, fleet vehicles, or closely related automotive products and services.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive market.
• Promote and sell vehicles and related automotive products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealerships, government institutions, and corporate clients.
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting to after-sales follow-up.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, logistics, marketing, and after-sales teams.
• Represent the company at automotive events and client meetings.
